Laura is a dedicated and passionate professional who has worked with children and youth with autism for 16 years. She began her career, as an instructor therapist, providing ABA therapy, within 1:1 and small group settings. Prior to working as an instructor therapist, she completed the Autism and Behavioral Science Graduate Certificate from Seneca College. After three years of working as an instructor therapist she returned to school to get a Master’s Degree in Applied Disability Studies from Brock University, then furthering her studies, and became a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst.
Laura believes that ABA therapy can assist with reducing behavioural concerns, while building the language, communication, academic, life, play and social skills needed to learn and grow. She is excited to see each child grow to their fullest potential.
